Exchanges & Returns Policy + What to do

General Returns/Exchange Policy
We want to be helpful and practical for our customers so as well as our standard 14 day exchange/return policy from the purchase date we also have extentions for birthdays/presents and christmas.


BIRTHDAYS/PRESENTS:
We allow a significantly extended period of up to 10 days after a birthday if noted under "special instructions" when ordering, stating the goods are for a birthday/present and the date it's due to be given.
CHRISTMAS: Christmas item's are allowed up to 21 day's after Christmas Day.

All returns must be in brand new and unused condition with all tags and stickers attached appropriately and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge, refuse or return goods if the goods don't meet the relevant above conditions.


Skateboard Return Policy
UKSkateboards.co.uk does not replace or warranty any complete skateboards, skate decks, bearings, trucks, bolts, wheels or any other skateboard specific parts due to the nature of use they get put through, however all skate parts can be returned if they are new and in the original packaging.

If you have any skate products that you feel are unacceptable do to breakage/defects we suggest you try contacting the manufacture directly for replacement. UKSkateboards.co.uk cannot provide warranty on any skate products against breakage or damage of any kind. These items must be dealt with directly via the manufacturer.

If you have any other products that you believe are defective please first email us a picture and details of the specific problem via Sales@UKSkateboards.co.uk we will then take a look at the details and get back to you with a decision and hopeful resolution.

UKSkateboards.co.uk covers items for defects for a period of 30 day's from the date of purchase. If the product becomes defective after this time you'll need to contact the manufacturer directly to see if they'll cover you for it.

How to Exchange my Order?
Firstly, check that you're eligible to exchange your order by reading the above exchange/returns policy. If you are then follow the below instructions:

Please clearly state in the package what exact item you need it exchanged to and do not put any sort of tape directly on the product or its packaging. We'll then sound out the replacements to you free of charge (stock permitting).

The recommended method for delivery is via Royal Mail Parcel Post or 1st Class with some sort of insurance/tracking on the delivery. If you wish to send via courier please contact us by calling 0044 1794 517761 or 0044 (0) 845 873 2633 and we'll provide an alternative address.

For exchanges we send out the replacements to you FREE of charge if in the mainland UK, however you will need to cover the cost of sending the ordered items back to us. For international orders, due to the costs involved in delivery, customers are responsible for exchange/returns postage both ways.

If you URGENTLY need an exchange, we recommend you place a new order through the website and send the other products back as a return, but make sure you're within the period of time for returns to be accepted. IMPORTANT: Please make sure you check delivery times stated for the product on the website before ordering.

How to Return my Order?
Firstly, check that you're eligible to return your order by reading the above exchange/returns policy. If you are then follow the below instructions:

Please clearly state in the package what exact item you want to return and do not put any sort of tape directly on the product or its packaging.

Once received, you will be refunded the cost of the items originally paid. Postage costs are not refunded. Refunds are processed usually at the end of every week and will go back onto the card you originally paid with within a couple working days.

For returns, should a UK customer have benefited from our free postage due to the order being over £100 and then decide to return one of their items which then brings the order under £100, the order will then be charged the relevant postage amount as if the order were originally under £100.

All purchasers are responsible for the costs of return postage, unless a product was received damaged or not what they ordered. E&OE. Please do not put sticky tape or labels directly on the packaging or box, you will be charged for the resulting damage.

Defective, faulty goods or a wrongly sent item?

Defective or Faulty Goods:
For any faulty goods you'll need to contact us direct before returning to us to check the situation, see If you have any other products that you believe are defective please first email us a picture and details of the specific problem via Sales@UKSkateboards.co.uk we will then take a look at the details and get back to you with a decision and hopeful resolution.

Wrongly Sent Item:
Please contact us direct to let us know and we can check for you if the item received is accurate to the item originally ordered. Have your order number and delivery address details available. Call us on 0044 1794 517761 or 0044 (0) 845 873 2633 and we'll do our best to resolve the error as quickly as possible.

If there is an error on our part we will cover your postage charges back, we cannot promise this without previous permission.
