Tracking Your Order

NOTE: If you're trying to track your order and you ordered before 2pm on a working day, it'll not show up on our courier websites until around 7pm that evening.

PANIC! Where is my Order?
Firstly, find your original order/transaction number and check what items you original ordered, Make sure you look at what delivery times we advise on the specific product pages. For example our complete skateboards all go on a next working day uk delivery, whilst some of our decks take 3-5 working days.

If you've ordered a number of products we normally wait until all ordered items are in stock and ready before sending them out on a next day service so be aware of this.

Tracking UK Orders and Resolving any Issues:
You can track online deliveries with City-Link by going to:
http://www.city-link.co.uk/track_parcel/track_parcel.php
Enter your OrderID No. under "customer reference", leave the top box empty, then enter your delivery postcode with a space in the appropriate place when requested.

This will provide you with your tracking number. If you wish to contact City-Link direct you can by calling 08700 007 007

If they're still unable to locate your package contact ourselves directly on 0044 1794 517761 or 0044 (0) 845 873 2633.

Tracking International Orders and Resolving Any Issues:
All international orders go via DPD Delivery Service, in order to track a delivery with them you'll need to give them a call,
via 0044 (0) 845 9300 350 or 0044 (0) 845 9300 100

You'll need to provide 3 details to them:
- Your delivery address details
- Your order number (which they'll refer to as the sender's reference)
- And also reference number 212697

They should then be able to let you know where your package is with them. If they're still unable to locate your package contact ourselves directly on 0044 (0) 1794 517761 or 0044 (0) 845 873 2633.
